Download generic 3D models from online libraries

If you are looking for generic 3D models, this is a quick and affordable way. You can try online libraries like Turbosquid or 3D Warehouse to search for the 3D model you want. Keep in mind that depending on your configurator, you may need to modify the 3D model, such as converting it to the correct format, modifying the UV map, or other changes.

Use the search bar to find the model you need by typing in keywords like “furniture,” “jersey,” “ring,” etc. Once you’ve found a model that’s right for you, check the licensing terms to make sure it meets your usage needs; some models are free for personal or commercial use, while others may require payment. Then, click the download button, select your preferred file format (such as GLB, gltf, or OBJ), and save the file to your computer. If you download other formats (such as FBX, STL, etc.), you will first need to convert them to the correct format before uploading them to Simplio3D
